| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up from survey date 6-24-13 DETAILS: System operator sent me information regarding the new tank liner for the redwood tank. The liner has NSF 61 approval. The system has switched out the no-name brand bleach & is now using non-scented Clorox brand. The system also took a source sample on 7-2-13. This resolves all of the significant deficiencies from the 6-24-13 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
