| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/9/13 DETAILS: I contacted the new contract operator for the system. He indicated that the samples had already been taken earlier today. I reminded him that both wellheads needed source samples & 3 repeat samples would be needed in the distribution system. He said that is what was taken. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
