| Details: | I contacted Ms. Herman and discussed the repeat process for this system which include 1 sample same site, 1 sample upstream and 1 downstream, and 2 total triggered at each well (2). Discussed possible issue based on sufficient chlorine residual of 0.29ppm. She believes it was sampling error due to not removing screens at faucet with substantial residue. She has replaced the faucets as well. |
