| Details: | SUMMARY: Water system survey follow up from survey date 10-24-13 DETAILS: System operator sent me a picture of the new installed & upgraded source sample tap. He also indicated that the facility does not have a boiler used for heat. They use the term for the hot water heater. They do not have a testable backflow device so that violation incorrectly assessed. All significant deficiencies & violations have been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
