| Details: | SUMMARY: Reduction of DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) PHTHALATE sample schedule DETAILS: Quarterly sampling has been completed. Contacted the water system to let them know the DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) PHTHALATE chemical sample schedule was reduced to annually from quarterly starting in 2013. ACTION NEEDED: Continue annual sampling for DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) PHTHALATE until 2015. After sample from 2015 is tested, evaluate to see if it can be reduced to sampling every 3 years. | ||
