| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for Nitrate @ 5.27 mg/l DETAILS: Annual nitrate sample for 2014 is above one-half of the MCL so an Alert was generated. The level is 5.27 mg/l and is consistent with other annual tests (ranges 2.7 mg/l - 6.6 mg/l). Since this is a NonEPA type system, quarterly monitoring or treatment is not required unless the MCL of 10.0 mg/l is exceeded. I tried to contact operator to inform them of this but the contact number is wrong. ACTION NEEDED: Update contact info. Monitor 2015 annual nitrate sample results. | ||
