Details: SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: David Green wit Swisshome Evangelical had completed all corrections for deficiencies at the church. The crack in the well head was sealed on 10/21/13, he has completed the O & M manual, and has submitted all paperwork for the plan review. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been corrected.
