| Details: | SUMMARY: McKenzie Bridge Christian Church Confirmed Coliform in Dist DETAILS: Spoke to Brenda Today. They are going to collect a source sample prior to shock chlorinating the system again this week. I told her they do not need to collect any RP samples. They need to collect 5 TR in February. She did not know what was causing the coliform issue at the church. They do not have any broken water lines. Three of the 5 TR collected in January came back positive, two of the sample sites were repeat sites as well. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 1 source samples prior to shock chlorinating the well and distribution. Collect 5 Triggered in February. | ||
