| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert - DEHP DETAILS: WS is testing quarterly for DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) - PHTHALATE due to detections below the MCL. This test was taken on 12/23/13 and has the highest level yet @ 0.0057 mg/l. I have contacted Tom Pattee at OHA DWS and at his request will schedule a co-visit onsite to the water system to discuss/examine potential contaminant sources. The water system will continue to monitor quarterly for DEHP. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with onsite visit. | ||
