| Details: | I spoke to an office manager on Tuesday 1/20/21 regarding the recent coliform alert. I heard back from Chris on 1/26/21. I explained that three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample should have been submitted by 1/21/21. We discussed violations would occur for the samples being late but that they needed to be submitted. We spoke about three temporary routine samples to be submitted in February. I went over SDWIS with Chris, he was not familiar with the site. We reviewed the coliform sampling schedule location and other data. Chris said he was transitioning from Water Lab in Salem to Edge Analytical in Corvallis. He was working to get the repeat samples submitted. |
