| Details: | Three temporary routines taken on 7-23-18 all were positive for total coliforms. Three repeat samples are needed from each of the 3 positive sites. Well # 1 is the only well operating at the time of the original positive, I am asking that that source water is tested also. The system is using about 15,000gal a day, they have a 100,000 gal elevated reservoir so there is not much usage for the size of the system. The operator plans on flushing the system prior to submitting repeat samples. Level 1 investigation needed. Reservoir is drained down to 45 prior to refilling to 95, turn over may be a contributing factor in test results. * After consulting with the State it was recommended that the system submit a triggered sample for the one well that was operating a the time of the original positive sample and then take 3 temporary routine samples early in the Month of August. |
