Details: SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Gloria said there O and M manual is complete. I sent her an e-mail stating the survey deficiencies for ERP and O and M manual have been corrected. Just waiting for them to contact Mike Perry to take care of the cross connection annual summary report. ACTION NEEDED: Gloria will get back to me to verify they took care of the cross connection program requirements.
