| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine sample 1/7/2014 positive for total coliform DETAILS: Antonio called when he found out that the routine sample taken 1/7/2014 was positive for total coliform. We discussed following the Coliform Sampling Plan. He will take 4 repeat samples at faucets in the restaurant and 1 raw water sample from the well head. He will call when he gets the sample bottles and I will help him label the samples correctly. ACTION NEEDED: In February 5 routine samples are required. | ||
