Details: SUMMARY: BCA extension. DETAILS: I spoke with Silas Olson and confirmed that they were still using only GW. They are working on construction their new SW treatment plant. They have requested an extension of their BCA by email. The new projected date for completion is April, 15, 2014. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up with Brad about an BCA extension. Follow-up with Silas in late March on the construction progress.
