| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violations DETAILS: Contacted Eric 1/16/14 to notify him that Breitenbush is missing 3 tests from 2013: Nitrate, VOCs, and Disinfection byproducts (TTHMs & HAA5s). As a result, Breitenbush will be getting 3 violations. ACTION NEEDED: The Nitrate and VOCs tests should be done as soon as possible in 2014. The Disinfection byproducts test must be done in June 2014 and collected from "Wally World N Side Spigot"-- once this is done, this violation will be returned to compliance. | ||
