| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Contacted Steve 1/23/14 about monitoring violation for Stage 2 DBPs for 4th quarter 2013. He was under the impression that the system could begin Stage 2 on a reduced schedule (annual). I let him know that the system did not qualify to begin reduced because they have to add a sampling location which violates one of the criteria. ACTION NEEDED: Based on OHA-DWS analysis of historical data, peak historical month for high DBPs is October. Therefore, quarterly monitoring should occur at two locations in January, April, July, and October from now on. | ||
