| Details: | SUMMARY: Followup on Stage 2 DBP monitoring DETAILS: KGBLB WD is required to take 2 dual sample sets every quarter but only reported one set for the 4th quarter of 2013. I spoke with mark and clarified the Stage 2 requirements. Mark thinks that the took the all of the required samples but they did not get reported. He will look for the results and send them to me. He did send the January test results and they did sample as required by their plan. I forwarded the results to DMCE. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up in 1 week if results have not been received. | ||
