| Details: | SUMMARY: New contact information and sample collection DETAILS: This state regulated system had not been tested since February 2013. I sent a reminder letter to the owner. The contact information in SDWIS was not current. I submitted a contact information change to the Portland office. The owner ( Kim Sargent) contacted me by phone on 1/27/14 to explain the situation. She has made arrangements to begin having the system back on a regular schedule for coliform and nitrate testing. A third party will be testing the system and using Water lab in Salem. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor SDWIS for test results | ||
