| Details: | I emailed owner of Dairy Creek Tavern regarding the Level 1 Investigation for the non-reporting of repeat and triggered samples for this Alert. They have previously told me that samples were scheduled to be collected on 1/20/2021 by Alexin Labs. I explained that the DWS database showed no samples reported yet. I also explained that if they submitted the sample results before 1/24/2021 the Level 1 Investigation could be avoided. I checked DWS database today (1/28/2021) and found that the repeats and triggered samples have been submitted. All were negative, so no Level 1 Investigation required. |
