| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC System score >11 investigation/ resolution DETAILS: System received 8 points for no soc, voc and ars in 2011-2013 and no nitrate in 2013. Talked to Bob and Brett and this was due to well #3 only operating for a portion of 2011-2012. A new well #4 has been installed. Well #3 was taken off line in late 2012 before they could take voc, soc, ars. Well 3 was not however in use during 2013 and should not get violation for nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: submit any remaining requirements by Carrie Gentry to approve replacement well #4 and continue all sampling for this well. | ||
