| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed monitoring violations DETAILS: Contacted system and spoke to Sharon. Alvie Leach no longer works at the facility. Sharon wasnt sure who they would have be the contact for the water system. I explained the monitoring violations for arsenic, IOCs, SOCs, VOC,s, Nitrate and Nitrite. Informed her that they needed to have a certified operator as well. I sent an email outlining the requirements of the water system. I asked her to let me know when they figure out who the DRC will be. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
