| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC FollowUp - Violation RTC DETAILS: WS had an ecoli detection back in August 2013 that was confirmed with total coliform. The system has 3 wells that all passed the triggered testing. The well closest to the detection was taken offline temporarily to be evaluated . All 3 wells are back online and the detection is most likely attributed to contamination in the distribution system. The system has been disinfected and flushed out. The WS has been back on track with monitoring: they have 5 temp routines in October and 3 months of routine samples since then all with no detections. At this time I request the system be returned to compliance for violation #901654722. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
