| Details: | SUMMARY: 4th positive coliform DETAILS: Mr. Tate is aware of positive result at same sample site (faucet outside room #8) of last alert. Culligan man takes the samples and will continue to. Thursday well head will be worked on, welding on extension and pouring concrete pad, then rechlorinated and flushed. By February 28th operator will need to take 5 temporary routines. Advised make sure they are correctly labeled. Also discussed chlorination system would be recommended if continued repeat positives. Would need to submit plan review. Public notices still posted. ACTION NEEDED: Rechlorinate then resample, 5 triggered required by end of February 2014. Any additional sampling should be labeled special if not wanting to count toward requirements. | ||
