| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: CHEM6131 --- 90th % Lead sample results from 12-19-13 samples tested at 0.067 mg/L DETAILS: 1-7-14 --- 90th % Lead sample results from 12-19-13 samples tested at 0.067 mg/L . I spoke with Garth today and we discussed whether or not the one site that tested at an elevated level (the store tested at 0.124 mg/L) was a representative sample: it is not a representative sample based on the fact (1) it is not a Tier 1 site and (2) the store owner tested from a service sink that is rarely used (sometimes not for days at a time). Invalidation request sent to DMCE.1-16-14 --- Invalidation request approved by DMCE. Garth Chain was included on the approval e mail. I called Garth to discuss replacement sample timeline, sent him form 141-A, and asked him to call me when he received the form. ACTION NEEDED: Replacement sample needs to be collected by February 5th, 2014. | ||
