| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to violation 903144523, 903144522 DETAILS: System took source samples in august of 2013. However, they did not mark the lab slip correctly. They marked special, distribution. After talking with them, I feel confident they did in fact take source samples form each source prior to chlorination. They were told to contact their lab so they could change the form and resubmit. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
