| Details: | SUMMARY: No emergency response plan or operations and maintenance DETAILS: Discussed significant deficiencies with Ed. Hopefully he will have these corrected in the next month. Sent email with instructions: No emergency response plan, attached link to template. No operations and maintenance manual, attached link to template. Corrected storage tank is now being continuously disinfected by new chlorinator. Currently using a DPD test kit to record chlorine residuals twice a week. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
