| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: I was contacted by Priscilla she received a violation card from the state and did not understand why they got one. I looked up the violation and relayed the info to her. There is a violation for 2013 nitrate reporting and a 2nd and 3re quarter coliform reporting also for 2013. She thought the lab was sending the reports to the state. ACTION NEEDED: She will contact the lab and have them sent to the state. | ||
