| Details: | SUMMARY: Activation of system, site ivit DETAILS: Site evaluation conducted with Rebecca Templin and Shawn Stevenson. Owner wants to start an org camp, Scott curry initially reviewed and approved system however, deficiencies will need to be corrected on well before can be activated and new water testing for nitrate, arsenic and coliform. A spring on the property was examined and it was determined that it would need significant reconstruction and plan review before it could ever be okayed for use.
