| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for non-reporting Vocs on OMera well EP-B DETAILS: The operator made a mistake when looking at the schedule for Voc reporting. The system had been taking follow-up samples for Tolulene and the schedule identified the date of the last sample for that in the schedule for VOCs but only that one of the 21 constituents had been tested for. ACTION NEEDED: Operator has contacted the lab to obtain proper bottles for the VOC testing and will follow-up as soon as possible. | ||
