| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up from 6/23/13 survey DETAILS: Site visit to meet new operator Scott and verify corrections to deficiencies from June 2013 survey. -a raw sample tap has been installed and is in valve box south of wellhead-ERP, O&M and coliform sampling plan all created by OAWU (Tim Tice) and on site.-Scott Oncken took the on-line SGWO course and has submitted certificate with DRC form. -A curbed lid has been installed for the reservoir hatch with a shoebox style lid. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take initial and routine water quality samples for lead and copper, IOC, VOC, SOC, nitrate and coliform as discussed. | ||
