| Details: | SUMMARY: AS- positive E.coli confirmation DETAILS: Confirmation sample taken 2/21/14 from Well #1 was positive for E.coli and TC. Spoke with Jason and he will 1. Post Boil Water notice at all sinks, provide boil water notice to the State2.shut off all drinking fountains3. Shock the well and resample- must have clean samples to remove boil water notice4. Evaluate well head, seal on well head deteriorated on last water system survey dated June 2009- repair as needed.Will send well evaluation to Tom Pattee for follow-up. System does have an emergency interie with PWS #41-94149 which may be used after shock chlorination ACTION NEEDED: submit Boil Water Notice to DWP, shock chlorinate, resample | ||
