| Details: | SUMMARY: AS- positive E.coli confirmation DETAILS: Spoke with Jason and the below list has been done and they are ready to resampleDiscussed the emergency entry with PWS #41-94149 but there was some discussion the system has a one-way valve and he is determining if that is the case. he understands it may be used after shock chlorination and clean samples. He also understands it is possible to remove the boil water notice once the system has samples absent of TC1. Post Boil Water notice at all sinks, provide boil water notice to the State2.shut off all drinking fountains3. Shock the well and resample- must have clean samples to remove boil water notice4. Evaluate well head, seal on well head deteriorated on last water system survey dated June 2009- repair as needed.Have sent well evaluation to Tom Pattee for follow-up. ACTION NEEDED: resample | ||
