| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Confirmation from TR DETAILS: Talked to Mike with Commercial Drapery Sales, two of the five TR samples came back positive for coliform. Mike is going to shock chlorinate the system again this week, he has contact Rainbow Pump to do this for him. We went over the chlorine calculation for the 6" diameter well that is 95 feet deep. Possible that the first shock chlorination was not using enough bleach. Calculation suggests it should be 1.5 - 2 cups of chlorine. I suggested they take another source sample from raw water sample tap this time to see if coliform is in the well. ACTION NEEDED: Take new source sample, shock system and take 5 TR in March. | ||
