| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Mike McDowell is helping Wendell Austin who is listed as the contact for the facility. Mike completed the ERP verification form and has sent it to the state. The ERP, O & M, and Coli plans have all been completed. The population numbers during the survey caused the system to be classifieds as a NTNC due to a day care operating there. After review and recalculation the population the system is now classified as a state system. All other deficiencies do not apply to the state system that were found during the survey. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
