Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to tc positive routine sample DETAILS: System had a total coliform routine sample. Chris Crowder is the maintenance person for the home. Went over the coliform and nitrate sampling schedule. He was unaware of the increased nitrate sample requirement for the system. As the system is a state reg, violations are not issued. ACTION NEEDED: System collected 3 repeat and 1 triggered source sample on 1/6. All absent for bacteria. A nitrate sample was also taken with a result of 5.86 mg/l. No additional samples were collected. System should have collected 5 additional routine samples in January.
