| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for Nov 2013 DETAILS: System had a MCL violation for November - System did a batch chlorination and replaced bladder pressure tank. No additional samples were collected. I advised the system on sampling and public notice requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Issue public notice for the MCL violation and take 5 routine samples in December. No samples were collected in Dec. As a state reg, no violation was issued. System collected a sample in February that was absent for bacteria. | ||
