| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for November 2013 DETAILS: System has a continuing MCL violation for November 2013. There was also one for October 2013. **Addendum - December 2013 MCL violation as well** System was to look for any potential signs of contamination. System is accruing a history of coliform detections and MCL violations. System does not have treatment installed. A public notice was to be posted and kept up until the MCL was cleared. No public notice copies were submitted to DWS, but I did speak with an employee who said it was posted. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in December. There were only 3 collected - but 2 of 3 were also positive for total coliform. 5 routine samples collected in January were all absent for bacteria. At this time, no further action is needed. DWS will need to reevaluate if the system has another MCL violation for addition of possible treatment. | ||
