| Details: | SUMMARY: nitrate result over 1/2 of MCL DETAILS: System had collected a nitrate sample 2/27/13 that had a result that was not ordinary for the history of the system (0.94 mg/l). A survey was performed at the system and a recommendation was to retake the nitrate sample. The sample was retaken and this result was 6.22 mg/l. This result falls in line with the previous test results. All results have been reliably and consistently below the MCL of 10 mg/l. ACTION NEEDED: no further action is required at this time | ||
