| Details: | SUMMARY: reactivation/ assessment samples TC+ and EC+ from spring DETAILS: System plan reviewed and approved by S C in 2013. Both spring and well approved despite obvious deficiencies. Owing to the lapse of time between initial plan review and actual startup of system, more samples were requested. Sample taken from well was okay. Sample from spring was not. Spoke with owner, who stated that he would like to move forward using only the well water. Pre-opening inspection of org camp scheduled for next week. Informed owner that he should physically disconnect the spring from remainder of the system pending upgrades or reconstruction. See also letter of 5/14/12. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
