| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmation samples coliform positve , no e-coli DETAILS: Spoke to Dorothy with Alpine Pump and Debbie Cassidy the DRC. They will be shock chlorinating the system. The e-coli sample is not confirmed based on these results. Gary Watts with Alpine Pump thinks the well may be having issues with Artesion pressure. He discussed the need to have the well reconstructed if this is the case. I spoke to Shawn Stevenson about this issue and he will be reviewing it with the Water Resources Department. I suggested that they take a special sample at well 4 and one in the distribution system once shock chlorination is complete. The were informed about taking five temporary routine distribution samples in March. ACTION NEEDED: Watch for results of special samples if taken, wait to hear from Shawn about possible Artesion well and watch for the results of the March samples. | ||
