Details: SUMMARY: PROVIDED REGULATORY ASSISTANCE FOR THE WATER SYTEM WHO IS IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING THE PLAN REVIEW FORM TO ADD CHLORINE TO THEIR WATER SYSTEM DETAILS: MR WALSH AND HIS FACILITY STAFF WANT TO ADD A CHLORINE INJECTION SYSTEM TO THE CAMPS WATER SYSTEM FOR RESIDUAL MAINTENANCE. I SPENT SOME TIME ANSWERING QUESTIONS MR. WALSH HAD WHILE HE WAS WORKING ON THE PLAN REVIEW FORM. ACTION NEEDED: PROVIDE A COMPLETED PLAN REVIEW TO BILL GOSS IN PENDLETON
