| Details: | SUMMARY: Well questions DETAILS: Discussed the issues with setbacks. The Parazoos own the property to the north, so a perpetual restrictive easement would not be required for the existing well. However, mitigative measures to protect the well due to a roadway within 100 feet would be required. Their house on the property to the north has a well that could be used to serve the facility. John will work to locate the well, possibly hiring a locate service to trace the waterline back to the well. He will also have the house well water teste for total coliform, nitrate, and arsenic. Should the house well prove to have acceptable analytical results and no setback issues, they will submit a site plan showing the well and distances to sanitary hazards. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
