| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for significant deficiencies from 11/20/13 survey DETAILS: Met with John and Jim (Desert meadow) on 3/6 to work on developing required written plans and other significant deficiencies. System needed ASR, EA, ERP, O& M and operator certification. On 3/10/14, John submitted Enabling Authority, 2014 ASR and ERP proof of completion. John attended SGWO course in Sunriver and submitted certificate along with DRC form. We discussed and filled out ERP template during meeting and they will combine all water documents to develop a useful O & M manual. We also discussed CCR for this year and they will develop and submit before 7/31/14. ACTION NEEDED: Continue routine sampling for coliforms (monthly and include residual chlorine), Lead and copper every 3 years and Disinfection By Products every August. Develop and submit annual CCR. | ||
