| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The London Water Company owns and operates a surface water system that provides water to approximately 50 people through 22 connections. Water from Beaver Creek is treated by a pressure filter/cartridge filter plant prior to disinfection with sodium hypochlorite. The system has two 9000 gallon reservoirs that are used for storage and for contact time. The Circuit Rider was contacted by Jon Woodward to provide assistance with a contact tracer study to determine the amount of contact time in the reservoirs before the first user. The tracer testing is complicated by the current lack of a delivery meter following the contact reservoir.The tracer study had not been completed due to expiration of the previous circuit rider contract. Circuit Rider was contacted by Casey Lyon (DWS) to revive the tracer testing effort. Visited water system to review new operating conditions. ACTION NEEDED: Complete new methodology and perform tracer testing. | ||
