Details:	I spoke with the owner and operator of the public water system. Due to COVID and other business and technical constraints, he has yet to complete the construction waiver application. We discussed the direction that enforcement could go and other possible solutions for the set back issues associated with this system. I am sending the system contacts for Oregon Water Resource Division Well ID Program and the Water Master in the hopes that a well log can be found to improve the construction waiver application. Regardless of the ability to locate the well log, the operator will submit a construction waiver application or contact me within 30 days with a new plan.
