| Details: | SUMMARY: Assistance with Paperwork DETAILS: The Vida-Lea Community Cooperative owns and operates a small groundwater system in Lane County. The system provides water to 66 persons through 33 connections. The Circuit Rider was contacted by Dan Fountain to provide assistance with various required documentation, including CCRs, CCC Annual Report, Cross-Connection ASR and Annual Monitoring and Reporting Schedule. Provided examples of documentation to water system. Visited water system and assisted with the completion of the CCR, CCC Annual Report, and the System Annual Report and Compliance Monitoring.
