| Details: | SUMMARY: SOC detect for sample date 11/19/13 DETAILS: Di-(2-Ethylhexyl)- Phthalate detection from sample date 11-19-13. I contacted the operator to let him know about the detection. He indicated that some new plumbing had been install with plastic piping & felt this may be the cause. I let him know that the system would now be on quarterly sampling for at least 2 quarters. Then it could be reduced to annual if the results are ND. He indicated that he would get the lab out to sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & send chemical monitoring update to DWS. | ||
