Details: SUMMARY: Lead detection above action level at .018 DETAILS: This system is part of the Portland Water Bureau joint monitoring plan. The system already knew it was over the action level when I was onsite for the survey on 12-18-13. They were working with PWB on public education material. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed public education
