Details: SUMMARY: Lead detection above action level at .0159 DETAILS: This is a revised alert with a lower level of .0159. This is still above the action level for lead. This system is part of the Portland Water Bureau joint monitoring plan. The system already knew it was over the action level when I was onsite for the survey on 12-18-13. They were working with PWB on public education material. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed public education
