| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- 3 routine total coliform positives for sample date 12-4-13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let her know about the positive total coliform samples. I let her know that a public notice would be needed. She indicated that the well & pressure tanks will be disinfected. She also indicated that a leak was repaired so the dist. system would be disinfected. I let her know to take a triggered source sample at the well head. She indicated that she already had the public notice template. I asked her to send a copy to DWS & this office ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice | ||
